Read to know how to avoid it!

Who doesn’t dislike bad hair days? Everybody, hates them. It’s even worse when you have long hair, which is why I prefer to cut my hair short. But for those of you who love your hair length and still want to have a good hair day, here are some tips enlisted by Sujanil on how to achieve that!

  1. Keeping your hair dry
It may seem impossible to some. But hey, let me tell you how you’re going to do this. Most of us love rains and getting drenched - which is well and good but one must remember that the rainwater is full of pollutants. To protect your hair one must always wash their hair later. Do so with a good and light shampoo. Applying conditioner is important after shampooing.

  1. Avoiding excessive oiling
Oiling the hair is essential, I know. But excessive oiling? That’s a complete no. Monsoon already makes your hair oily and oiling it more will only damage them. Oil your hair maybe once or twice a week using a light hair oil and you’re good.

  1. Always wear raincoats
Many people avoid wearing raincoats or waterproof jackets. The damage this would do to your hair is unimaginable. It will make hair all sticky and frizzy which will then give rise to dandruff. And if you try to comb such wet hair, it will result in excessive hair fall and weakening of hair. If you are used to commuting by car then carrying an umbrella is a must.

  1. Use Home Remedies
This is probably one of the easiest way to maintain your hair’s health this monsoon. You can start off by changing your eating habits. Avoid eating junk food and instead eat foods which are nutrient rich. For example, increase your intake of spinach, almond butter, eggs, cinnamon and so on in addition to eating fresh fruits. Staying hydrated enough plays a pivotal role - drinking at least 5 glasses of water every day.

  1. Cut your caffeine intake
Yes, yes, I know this is difficult to do but it needs doing - reduce your caffeine intake. How? Just replace it with some non-caffeinated drinks or herbal drinks and fruit juices. Caffeine causes dehydration which isn’t a very good news for your hair as it may lead to hair loss.

So there you have it! Saying goodbye to bad hair days in monsoon isn’t very difficult if you follow these tips. Buy online http://sujanil.com/
